The testing center was founded in 2011

The testing center was founded in 2011
The test center consists of the following sites:
structure
It is located on an area of more than 1000 sq.m. and is equipped with certified testing equipment for conducting electrical tests of electrical equipment.
The laboratory consists of the next parts:
HV testing area;
long-term testing area;
a testing ground for climate tests;
medium voltage equipment testing area.
It is intended for carrying out measurements, tests and research of electrical equipment and materials. The laboratory is equipped with certified equipment and verified measuring instruments. The laboratory is equipped with the necessary regulatory-technical documentation for conducting physico-mechanical tests.
tests for resistance to high and low temperatures;
tests for heat and moisture resistance;
testing in rain and fog conditions.
Unique project, the only one in Russia equipped trench for pre-qualification tests of cable systems with a total length of more than 100 m with imitation of various types of laying:
outdoors (both indoors and outdoors, in different climatic conditions);
in the ground (sand-gravel mixture);
HPD pipes (under asphalted road for transport).
The power of the test equipment and the size of the structure (more than 40 meters in length) allow testing several cable systems simultaneously at a voltage up to 220 kV inclusive. The stand is located in a long-term testing area.
All employees are experienced engineers with an electrical safety group of at least 4, with the right to conduct high-voltage tests.
We work with DNV GL (KEMA, Netherlands), CESI (Italy), DEKRA (Netherlands).
At the request of the сustomer, it is possible to organize inspection control of tests conducted at the сenter by foreign partners of the сenter with the issuance of appropriate documents to a foreign laboratory.
The testing сenter actively cooperates with national accredited certification bodies.

The Testing Center is regularly inspected by experts of the Federal Accreditation Agency.
The OMACS Test Center was accredited by the Federal Accreditation Service (РОСАККРЕДИТАЦИЯ) for technical competence and independence in accordance with ГОСТ ISO/IEC 17025-2019. Certificate № РОСС RU.0001.21МЮ59.
